A float-cam was a small, portable, flight-capable camera device.

Aside from providing optical and audio feeds via camera, a float-cam often carried laser sensors for navigation and scanning of the surroundings, and some light sources of its own for illumination.

History Edit

Ultranaut captain Forqueray, one of the members of the expedition to the Blood Spire on Golgotha, provided his float-cams to the Spire infiltration team while they were exploring its interior.

Appearances Edit

Notes Edit

  • Functionally, they are quite similar to contemporary small camera drones, with the key difference being the far more advanced and futuristic method of their aerial propulsion.
